7 Herbs That Fire Up Hard Wood!
If you start cycling erection supplements the right way, you’re going to change your situation quickly.
And what I men by this is, if your sex drive is down and your erections are faltering, these herbs can transform your life, almost overnight.
Assuming – and this is a very important assumption…that you’ve taken care of the basics, like chemical avoidance, diet, exercise, substance abuse, etc.
In other words…

When certain things change in your system, like blood sugar or body temperature, your system adjusts to bring them back to what it considers normal.
So lets use your blood sugar levels as an example….
Say you’re sitting at an average glucose level of 95 now. This is the number that your body has settled on, the number it believes is the correct one for you.
Now here’s the very important point….
Once your body chooses this number, it defends it Aggressively.
So when you eat a sugary food, and your blood sugar levels spike, it does everything it can to bring those numbers down as quickly as possible.
Now here’s important point number 2:
Your body does the same thing with nitric oxide, testosterone and all your other hormones.
So if you’re sitting with a T level of 350 now, and you use a supplement to jack it up to 650, your body responds by reducing testicular production of the hormone, so that number will eventually drop back down again.
When you take a supplement the first time, the spike will typically last all day before your body eventually adjusts.
But if you use the same supplement again the very next day, your system adapts immediately and instead of pushing the number down after it goes up, it prevents it from ever going up in the first place.
In other words, your body remembers a supplement if you use it too often and the negative feedback loops kicks in instantly and stops the hormonal action before it even begins.
This explains why using the same supplement, day in and day out, is a complete waste of your time and money.
So how do we get around this negative feedback loop?

Cycling ED Supplements
So the 100 million dollar question is, how do you sidestep this process so your supplements work for you every time you use them?
The answer to this question is surprisingly simple….
All you have to do is cycle them daily, so you never use any supplement more often than once every 7 days.
This is the answer to the negative feedback loop question, and it’s the way you’re going to be able to manipulate and control this biological function, and use it to your advantage.
Before we move on, take a quick peek at the supplements on the list…
As you’ll see once you take a look, this is a nice blend of herbs that impact erectile function, libido and / or testosterone in various different ways.
The end result being increased testicle size, more semen volume, more frequent spontaneous erections and elevated hormone production, which will come on consistently once you start cycling them properly.
To make this plan work, you’d simply take one supplement on Monday, another on Tuesday, a third on Thursday and so on until you work your way through all seven days of the week.
Then, when you hit Monday, you go back to the top of the list and start all over again.
Do it this way, and you’ll put your negative feedback loop to sleep when it comes to these supplements, so they’ll bring on the hormones and increased erectile function every time you use them.
One last thing…

Now, I want to touch on something that I’m sure many of you are thinking about right now…
It’s called the Cumulative Effect, where an herb supposedly builds up in your system the longer you take it, and the more you use it the better it gets.
All I’ll give you my opinion on this theory in one word – Bull$hit.
Because if you could get the same buzz on you had the very first time you took a big dose of quality Pine Pollen, for example, for days, weeks and months at a time….
Viagra and Androgel never would have been invented, because nobody would need them.
But Viagra and Androgel Do exist, because the cumulative theory, that says a supplement only gets better the more often you use it is is one of the biggest lies of the century.
But it sure as hell has made quite a few con men rich.
Now, there are a couple of exceptions to this rule, and D Aspartic Acid is one of them. This is a supplement that does build over time, during your first 14-21 day cycle.
But it’s an amino acid, and aminos are an entirely different animal than erection boosters are. Also, how often do you hear of guys who are still seeing benefits after 4 or 5 cycles of aspartic acid?
The answer to that question is, not too many.
Exception number two are supplements that impact your energy systems, like caffeine and koala extract.
Supplements like these do continue to work over time, and can often explain the elevated mood and increased aggression at the gym that many men feel while using a particular supplement.
But these energy products don’t address the big issues – erectile function and sex drive, although they can make you feel good if you take them in reasonable dosages.

Once or twice a month I get an email from someone asking how to increase the impact of the erection supplements.
The high they deliver can be addictive, and they want a little more.
The obvious answer is, be hardcore about cycling the herbs. This will get you 95% of the way there
Beyond that, you should also focus on improving digestion…
Because most older men these days have gut issues that reduce their ability to absorb and utilize the erections supplements optimally.
This often happens because they are thiamine deficient, which leads to bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine (SIBO).
It’s recently become common knowledge that lack of thiamine is one of the primary drivers behind most cases of SIBO.
Doctor’s Best Benfotiamine, a highly bioavailable derivative of Thiamine, at 300 mg a day can quickly improve the situation.
Combine this with a low fat, low fiber diet and most will experience a significant improvement in digestion and assimilation in a matter of weeks.

Update: Tongkat Ali Studies
I’m frequently asked what my favorite horizontal booster is, and Tongkat Ali is the answer, with pine pollen coming in a very close second.
Everyone responds differently to these natural sex boosters, and for some reason Tongkat ticks all the boxes for me personally.
It boosts my libido and my erections, and gives me a sense of calm and controlled confidence, with a side dish of drive and motivation to do things inside and outside the bedroom.
Here’s a quick rundown of some of the studies that have looked into this powerhouse herb.
Boosts Testosterone
One of the key mechanisms behind Tongkat Ali’s effects is its ability to raise testosterone levels.
Testosterone plays a huge role in libido and erectile function, and several studies indicate that Tongkat Ali can help boost testosterone production, especially in older men with low levels.
A study published in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition in 2013 found that Tongkat Ali supplementation increased testosterone levels in men with low testosterone, improving sexual function and overall energy levels. (Talbott et al., 2013).
Another study from the Asian Journal of Andrology in 2012 showed that men who took Tongkat Ali experienced an increase in FREE testosterone, the form of the hormone the body is able to use. (Zar et al., 2012).
Libido and Sexual Desire
In the sex drive / libido department, several studies have shown positive results.
A 2012 study published in Phytotherapy Research found that men who took Tongkat Ali for a month experienced significant improvements in sexual desire and satisfaction (Ismail et al., 2012).
A follow-up study in Andrologia in 2014 showed improvements in sexual desire and function in men after dosing up for about 12 weeks (Hamzah et al., 2014).
Enhances Erectile Function
Tongkat Ali’s effects on erectile function also show positive results.
One study, published in BMC Complementary Medicine and Therapies in 2013 found that men who supplemented with Tongkat Ali reported improvements in erectile function, along with increased desire to breed. (Shahrul et al., 2013).
This study demonstrated that Tongkat helps by boosting testosterone levels, reducing stress, and enhancing blood circulation—all factors that can improve erectile performance.
Stress Reduction
Tongkat Ali also thought to help reduces stress, which has a positive impact on libido and hard wood performance in men.
Elevated cortisol, the stress hormone, can negatively impact sexual health, and some research suggests that Tongkat Ali may help lower cortisol levels.
A study published in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition found that supplementation with Tongkat Ali led to reduced cortisol levels and improved mood, which had a positive impact on sexual health (Talbott et al., 2013).
Finally, as mentioned earlier Tongkat tic’s all these boxes extremely well for me, and I have a similar response to Pine Pollen.
Shilajit, Goat Weed, Cistanche, Nettle Root etc..when cycled consistently also provide a significant boost and I typically use these during week.
But I save the two that impact me the most (tongkat and pine pollen) for the weekends when sex is most likely to happen in my house.
So, when you’re designing your own supplement protocol, I suggest you follow the same plan.
Take the two herbs that impact you the most and use them when sex is most likely to happen.
And keep in mind, there’s a good chance your two may be different than mine, because like I said, everyone responds differently to these sex boosting supplements.
