Now let me say something to make you feel better about your erectile dysfunction situation….

I found something in an obscure book on men’s health that really worked. It was a supplement, and it was getting the job done.
Unfortunately, after about 2 months I started to notice something.

Yup, this supplement was shutting down my own T production. It was causing testicular atrophy. That was the beginning of
my second rule that I also still live by to this day.

If you’ve been consuming hardcore pornography, its very important that you eliminate the habit, starting today. We’ll talk more
about this later, but for now avoid porn and masturbation entirely, but feel free to have sex anytime, with no limitations.
We need to test and see if you’re not producing enough of the the erection boosting gas, nitric oxide.

And why the juice?
Because these veggies are very high in plant nitrates, which your body converts into nitric oxide. And if you’re deficient in
this gas, you should notice the impact almost immediately.
In other words, you’ll find it much easier to achieve a hard erection after you consume the juice. Just make sure you hold
it in your mouth for a few seconds, because your oral bacteria convert the nitrates into nitric oxide.
You should also avoid mouthwash, as it kills oral bacteria.
One hour after drinking the juice, stimulate yourself to an erection, without climaxing, unless your partner is available for sex.
