7 Herbs That Fire Up Hard Wood!
If you start cycling erection supplements the right way, you’re going to change your situation quickly.
And what I men by this is, if your sex drive is down and your erections are faltering, these herbs can transform your life, almost overnight.
Assuming – and this is a very important assumption…that you’ve taken care of the basics, like chemical avoidance, diet, exercise, substance abuse, etc.

Now here’s the very important point….
Once your body chooses this number, it defends it Aggressively.
So when you eat a sugary food, and your blood sugar levels spike, it does everything it can to bring those numbers down as quickly as possible.
Now here’s important point number 2:
Your body does the same thing with nitric oxide, testosterone and all your other hormones.
So if you’re sitting with a T level of 350 now, and you use a supplement to jack it up to 650, your body responds by reducing testicular production of the hormone, so that number will eventually drop back down again.
When you take a supplement the first time, the spike will typically last all day before your body eventually adjusts.
But if you use the same supplement again the very next day, your system adapts immediately and instead of pushing the number down after it goes up, it prevents it from ever going up in the first place.
In other words, your body remembers a supplement if you use it too often and the negative feedback loops kicks in instantly and stops the hormonal action before it even begins.
This explains why using the same supplement, day in and day out, is a complete waste of your time and money.

The answer to this question is surprisingly simple. All you have to do is cycle them daily, so you never use any supplement more often than once every 7 days.

Now, there are a couple of exceptions to this rule, and D Aspartic Acid is one of them. This is a supplement that does build over time, during your first 14-21 day cycle.
But it’s an amino acid, and aminos are an entirely different animal than erection boosters are. Also, how often do you hear of guys who are still seeing benefits after 4 or 5 cycles of aspartic acid?
The answer to that question is, not too many.
Exception number two are supplements that impact your energy systems, like caffeine and koala extract.
Supplements like these do continue to work over time, and can often explain the elevated mood and increased aggression at the gym that many men feel while using a particular supplement.
But these energy products don’t address the big issues – erectile function and sex drive, although they can make you feel good if you take them in reasonable dosages.
